Good Morning my wonderful family.
I want to believe almost all of us has read or heard about how a young girl of 14yrs old has been defiled by a popular actor.
Whether *the story is true or not*, can we parents learn One or two more lessons from this pathetic story.
Firstly, We must acknowledge the fact that there are Pe*****le in our society.
*What is Pe******ia?*
*Pe******ia:(alternatively spelt paedophilia) is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive s*xual attraction to prepubescent children.*
The case mentioned above is *not the first but it can be the last* if we all stand up to our responsibilities as Parents, and understand what a child is.
A child is a gift from God and He expect us as earthly guardians to take proper Care of each and every one of them.
One of our major duty is to keep them away from this phycarist patients called pe*****le.
May God help us all đđźđđźđđź
Below are children care tips đđ
*CHILD MOLESTATION!*
Child Molestation is also known as child s*xual abuse. It is a secret crime involving a range of indecent s*xual activities between an adult and a child.
According to the National Violence Against Children Survey, it established that *1 in 4 girls* and *1 in 10 boys* experience s*xual violence before the age of 18 in one way or the other.
*TYPES OF MOLESTATION:*
-Defilement
-R**e
-Fi*****ng
-Making a child watch po*******hy
-Exposing the ge***al to kids
-Indecent touching
-Fondling etc
*WHO COULD ABUSE YOUR CHILD?*
*ANYBODY*
Studies show that over *95%* of s*xually abused children are abused by persons known or close to the child or the child's family.
*ABUSERS ARE MOSTLY NOT STRANGERS.*
They are right there in your house, co-tenants, family members, lesson teachers, neighbours. Their friends in school, hostel, classmates,class/school teachers, cousins, uncles, nephew, niece, fathers, step fathers, grand fathers, imams, choir masters, pastors, confidants, security guard, maids, family /school drivers, After school teachers , teachers, mummy's friend, daddy's friend, caregivers, strangers........ the list can go on.
Please, do not ask if any of the above is possible because, there is no case of any of the above that has not happened.
*CAUSES OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE*
Parental negligence, carelessness, non- challant attitude.
It is as bad as *No one can be trusted.*
We have a child presently carrying a baby that belongs to her father.
*OTHER CAUSES:*
Absentee parents.
Parents who do not observe.
When the kids are not informed.....
What you watch with your kids.
Indecent dressing by our children.
*WHERE CAN YOUR CHILD BE SEXUALLY ABUSED?*
âOn your bed
âRight under your nose, under your roof
âIn the school environment- class, toilet etc
âHostel
âParties
âIn their room (siblings)
âDeserted/Abandoned places
â When you are distracted etc.
Perpetrators look for opportunities.
*5mins is enough to cause a life long damage.*
*HOW DO PAEDOPHILES GET THE VICTIMS?*
1.Grooming
2.Baits
a. Emotional bait
b. Gift bait
c. Financial bait
d. Familiarity & Respect bait.
3. Child grooming
Befriending and establishing an emotional connection with a child, and sometimes the family, to lower the child's inhibitions with the objective of s*xual abuse. -Wikipedia-
Gaining the trust of a minor with the intention of having s*x relationship with them.
*HOW TO IDENTIFY A POSSIBLE ABUSER:*
A. Always trying to be around your child or vice versa
B. Child feels uncomfortable when he/she sights the abuser or when the abuser is around.
C. Easily and conveniently accept to care for your child while you are away.
D. Can be hard on the child especially if the child is rejecting his *moves.*
If any of the above is observed, please, shine your eyes. Or sometimes, your child might feel uncomfortable/rejecting to go to the person when you send him or her Or even go for holiday.
*S*xual abuse happens among sibblings, set rules, separate their rooms, separate their beds.*
*We had a case of twins having s*x with each other. When they were asked, they said: we see mum and dad do same.*
Why should we be that careless?
Because of the carelessness of both parents, their innocent minds were polluted and their lives were destroyed.
*WHAT A PERPETRATOR SAYS TO A CHILD WILLING TO SPEAK OUT:*
â˘I will kill you
â˘You will die
â˘Your mummy will hate you
â˘Your mummy will beat you
â˘Your mummy will blame you.
â˘Your mummy and your daddy will die.
â˘He could cut the child, lick the blood and say: *this is a blood convenant between us, the day you tell is the day you die.*
Teach your child The *SRR* action.
S - Shout/scream
R - Run
R - Report
*POSSIBLE SIGNS THAT YOUR CHILD HAS BEEN ABUSED:*
âIsolation
âAggressiveness
âAnxiety/Fear
âDifficulty in walking
âSudden drop in academic performance
âPoor social interaction
and so on.
*OTHERS*
âS*xually Transmitted Diseases.
Their dressing is important, dress to cover them please. Teach them privacy. They must knock and seek permission before they enter your room.
It is wrong to bath them together irrespective of s*x.
*PLEASE NOTE!*
*children never lie about abuse* If your child tells you someone is trying to mess with him or her.... Please believe the child and respond appropriately.
*EFFECT OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE*
-The abused child could become a *serial* abuser
-Depression
-Suicidal thoughts
-Stigma
-Guilt
-Lifelong psychological trauma
-Aggression
-Withdrawn
-Infected with STDs
Etc
*THE BOYS*
More often than not,we pay more attention to the girls than the boys.
With my years of experience, boys are mostly victims- a**l s*x but because we *do not pay attention.*
For them, healing is a terrible process.
*WATCH OVER YOUR BOYS*
Something might just be happening and you perceive not. Do not be a *hard* mum. Strike a balance between love and discipline.
Give your children S*x Education proportional to their age. A child of age 2 or even less is due for S*x Eduacation.
Tell them what nobody must do with their body.
Tell them to *speak out.*
In the house, everyone must respect one another's privacy.
*Child molestation is real, it is more painful if it happens under your very nose.*
*Please bond more with our Jewels, we want to receive them back to school bigger and better than they left. Above all, pray for them always. The child molesters will not go near them but we must play our part*
Thank you all.
Keep staying safe. đˇ

He is a cultural dancer.
He needed N70,000 for the treatment of his sick child.
He decided to have a stage dance to raise the funds.
He designed a flyer and started sharing it around his neighborhood during the day and rehearsing his dance routine in the night.
His expectations were very high.
Then the day came.
The stage was set and it was time.
To his disappointment, it was ONLY a small teenage boy that showed up for the event.
But he told himself, "I wonât chicken out, I must dance and give my best."
Then he started dancing.
He made sure he gave his best as rehearsed to the admiration of the boy.
After the show, the boy left and the man went home sorrowful.
Purpose defeated.
Status quo remain the same.
He was devastated and depressed.
But something surprising happened the following morning.
The only boy that showed up for the show was the son of a senator. He had always wanted to be a dancer and his father had approved it.
The boy had been charged with the responsibility to get a personal trainer and coach.
Unknown to the dancer, he was auditioning for a job.
The senator called the dancer and gave him a contract of N200,000 monthly salary to train his son with N100,000 upfront payment.
Wow!
Sometimes, it looks like you are wasting your life when only few people show up for your event/program, engaged your post or buy your stuff.
No, you are not.
Always give it your best shot. See those few people as millions in your mind.
Don't be discouraged from either doing it again or giving it your best.
You might actually be auditioning for the big stage.
You don't audition with the crowd but with few people that will give you the big stage.
Keep giving it your best.
People will call you names and laugh at you.
But keep showing up better.
As u go in the journey of this season, be encouraged as
You are an inch closer to the big stage.
Have a purposeful day.
*Good morning*

*REASONS WHY DEGREE HOLDERS ARE POOR?*
Writen by
*MALAM MAMUDA KABIR DUTSINMA*
BASICALLY, there seven reasons why degree holders are poor.
*1. THEY DONâT THINK BEYOND THEIR CERTIFICATES*
Albert Einstein said, âEducation is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.â Have you ever heard creativity term âThink outside the boxâ? One of the major reasons why most graduates are poor is simply because they canât see and think beyond their certificates.
I have seen engineering students work as bankers. I have seen medical doctors with great skills in web and graphic designs. I have seen lawyers that are very dexterous with finances. The list is endless!
The basic truth of life is that the skills that are needed to be much sought after and become more successful in life are not really found within the walls of the classrooms. Your certificate is just a proof that you are teachable, it does not suggest what you are totally capable of doing. You are full of possibilities when you think beyond your degrees and certificates.
*2. THEY PRIORITIZE THEIR CERTIFICATES MORE THAN THEIR GIFTS AND TALENTS*
I have often advised some of my colleagues, never to leave their gifts dormant while pursuing and hunting for jobs with their certificates. There must be a complementary balance in the pursuit of your passion and in the search for jobs.
Everybody is gifted for something, but the winning edge comes from our ability to work on our gifts and bless the world with it. The very best way to develop yourself is in the direction of your natural talents and interest. In order to live a fulfilled and impactful life, we need to work harder on our gift than our job. We need to discover our gift, develop it, and sell it. Donât bury your TALENT with your certificates.
*3. THEIR CERTIFICATES PREPARE THEM FOR A WORLD THAT NO LONGER EXIST*
It has been found that most of the skills taught in schools are becoming obsolete in the present world. The world has changed a lot, and so are peopleâs need! It is imperative to know that the present form of university education does not prepare students for the future.
Graduates are becoming endangered species in the face of a changing world. Our archaic methods and approaches of learning are preparing graduates for a world that no longer exist, as we are churning out degree holders every year with certificates that have face value but no intrinsic worth. Most learning institutions are filled up with lecturers and pseudo-educators with lecture notes, methods and approaches that have lost relevance in a changing world.
*4. THEY KNOW LESS ABOUT THEMSELVES BUT MORE ABOUT THINGS*
Certificates and degrees donât reveal people to themselves; they at most measure our IQ (Intelligent Quotient). I have often tell people that there is no Recovery without Discovery. A poor man is simply someone that has not discovered himself.
The more you discover yourself, the more you realize the treasures that are hidden deep within you. We carry inside ourselves latent treasures that can only be unveiled through self-discovery.
*5. CERTIFICATES AND DEGREES CAN KILL INITIATIVES*
Degrees and certificates can close up your minds to ideas while initiatives open it up. If you are not careful, your degrees and certificates can close up your mind. The purpose of education is to keep your mind perpetually opened towards limitless possibilities!
Fred Smith saw an opportunity for overnight delivery of anything anywhere in the USA, and ultra- fast delivery anywhere in the world, FedEx was born. It will be interesting to know that Fred Smith got a grade âCâ in a Yale economics class for an idea that the professor belittled as unworkable.
Fred Smithâs company became the first American business to make over ten billion dollars in annual profit. Beginning with just 186 packages delivered the first night, FedEx now delivers in over two hundred countries using over 6,030 aircraft, 46,000 vehicles and 141,000 employees.
*6. DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES POSITION YOU TO LOOK FOR JOBS AND NOT FOR OPPORTUNITIES*
Our certificates and degrees prepare graduates to look for jobs and not open our eyes to life-changing opportunities. You are not poor because you donât have a job; you are poor because you are not seeing and seizing opportunities.
Being POOR is simply Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly! What keeps people ahead in life is not their education or degrees, it is simply the opportunity that they seized. Jobs may be scarce but not opportunities.
As long as there is a problem to be solved, there will always be opportunities. It is a waste of our education, exposure, and experiences if after we graduate from school, all we think about is searching for a job. An enlightened and educated mind should be able to see and seize opportunities.
*7. CERTIFICATES AND DEGREES PREPARE PEOPLE TO LOOK FOR SECURITY AND NOT TO TAKE RISKS*
We must be willing to make mistakes and take breakthrough risks. Taking risks and learning from mistakes help us in knowing what works and what does not! When Thomas Edison was being questioned by a mischievous journalist on how he felt for having failed for 999 times before getting the idea of the light bulb, his response stunned the whole world when he confidently said, âI have not failed 999 times, I have only learned 999 ways of how not to make a light bulbâ.
Many graduates and degree holders are becoming progressively poor because the skills required in the modern world to get rich are not taught in schools and institutions.
By 2025, weâll lose over five million jobs to automation. This means that future jobs will look vastly different by the time many people graduate from the university.
*Future jobs will involve KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTION/CREATION* and innovation, and people that are only equipped with skills found in the classroom will definitely be a misfit in an ever-changing world. Skills like critical thinking, creativity, peopleâs skill, STEM skills (e.g Coding), complex problem-solving skills etc. are central to living a more comprehensive and productive life.
*8 THEREFORE,* in conclusion, My humble and candid advice to graduates and students in institutions is to think wide, deep and outside the box. Take volunteer jobs, and donât be afraid to navigate fields that are different from your field of learning. Your future career will require you to pull information from many different fields to come up with creative solutions to future problems.
Start by reading as much as you can about anything and everything that interests you. Once you get to college, consider double majoring or minoring in completely different fields. Trust me, itâll pay off in the long run.
Donât limit yourself to the classroom. Do something practical. Take a leadership position. Start a business and fail; thatâs a better entrepreneurship. Contest an election and lose. It will teach you something political science will not teach you. Attend a seminar. Read books outside the scope of your course.
Think less of becoming an excellent student, but think more of becoming an excellent person. Donât make the classroom your world, but make the world your classroom. Step forward and try something extra.
Invest in something you believe! Real financial security and freedom is not in your job, but in your passion, gifts, talents, and your ability to see and seize opportunities.

Escape, From Corruption.
TEACHERS ARE MILLIONAIRES
Before you start reading, please note, this post is not for everybody.
It is for those who are seeing the big picture and ready to change the negative mindset to a positive mindset.
There are people who believed, nothing good can come out from this great profession. That's a poor mindset if you ask me.
As a teacher, there is something you carry that is worth more than millions.
The knowledge you carry about can make or mar you.
But, of what important is the knowledge without information on how to use it?
You and other teachers are only after the negative stories of the profession.
If you don't see anything good about your job, don't expect a banker or any other person to see something good in it.
You must first see it and allow others to see it too.
Hence, stop looking for what has kept you in a cage called poor mindset but focus on the opportunities in the profession.
What brought about this article is about a young man who does tutorials for some students in lagos state university.
This is what he does, he pays some undergraduates a token to tell students in their departments about his tutorials.
Guess what, he has dominated lagos state university.
The young man has a Youtube channel and of course, he is on Instagram, making his money.
In fact, he just launched his app.
He knows his onions. He has this confidence about himself and what he does. Yes, you can call it bragging right.
He knows maths, further, chemistry and physics as if he is the founding father of these subjects.
Did I tell you that, this guy drives Benz? Yes, he drives Benz.
Where did he get the money from? From this same teaching.
As a teacher what's your area of specialization? What's your bragging right?
There must be something that you must know that will take money from people's pocket and pay you.
The era of seeing a teacher putting on the same old shoes, clothes and baggy trousers is over.
"T**h" yourself and look good. I know small minds will say, from which salary? That's why I said the article is not for everybody
You are a teacher doesn't mean, you should not look good.
I remember as a classroom teacher, someone once came to my house that I should look for a job for him in the bank where I work.
He thought I was a banker because of the way I dress.
I was seeing a lot of opportunities. I had a club called skyladders tutors academy(sky) just for weekend classes.
I was making money and was not shouting about it. I had budgeted and plan for my financial goals.
I didn't allow negative talks to discourage me.
Look, there are a lot of untapped opportunities in this profession.
The advantages this century teachers have, teachers before now don't have them.
Social media has made some teachers millionaire.
Even offline, there are many things you can tap into and make money as a teacher.
Recently, I was telling a young man about how he can turn himself to become a celebrity teacher by teaching physics and chemistry.
This young man knows these subjects like pure water. He is a resourceful teacher. This is the type of teacher that many schools are looking for.
Just like there are millionaire bankers, lawyers, there are also millionaire teachers out there.
What are you doing differently to tap into this untapped market?
Think, create and act. There is always a market for information that is well packaged.
Till I write again.

*How to start, grow and sustain a profitable School Business*
Growth in any business is a gradual processes but can be strategically fastened not by just mere wishes with the words of mouth but by swimming into actions leveraging on team work, consistency, and automated system in other to position the business in alignment with the trend so as to meet the expectations of the owner and the stakeholders.
Starting a business is very easy but growing and sustaining a profitable business in this 21st century is not an easy task especially if the you lack unique growth and marketing strategies.
There are thousands of reasons why many businesses fail especially if such business is not in alignment with the 21st century trend of business for maximum growth and productivity.
Starting a school business is a very good decision to take but failing at the starting point of the business is when you start the business with the wrong mindsets without sufficient knowledge of how the 21st century business trend works for maximum growth and productivity and how you can leverage on the trend to actualize your vision and mission statements in other to deliver better results after the implementation.
Starting, growing and sustaining a profitable school business and building a career in the teaching profession is not a MAGIC.
A lot of things need to be put into consideration
these days because things has changed and will keep changing because the world itself is not static but evolving on a daily basis.
Why do you want to start a school business or build a career in the teaching profession?
Most businesses fail and will keep failing because of the word "WHY"
You can deceive other people but never dare to decieve yourself, because if you do, you will never go far in anything you want to do.
The greatest mistake that is common to most startups or established business owners is not taking more time to ask questions to query their ideas or thoughts in other to have clearer pictures on the task ahead.
Are you thinking of start a school business?
Are you thinking of building a career in the teaching profession?
Are you already a school owner or a teacher but want to learn how to explore your business and position it aright on the trend to meet up with your expectations?
If yes, reading this today is a blessing to you because you are in the right place and the right time and the right hands.
Never will you make a mistake of venturing into any project or business without asking yourself questions to query your ideas. If you do, your ideas will later query you after ex*****on or implementation when you are faced with challenges.
You don't do the same thing the same way and expect to get better results. To start up a profitable school business or career in teaching, you have to be ready to do something different in other to earn something different.
And the best way to go about it, is to query your ideas with realistic questions at the startup stage so as to avoid your ideas coming back to query you in form of challenges after implementation.
As an experienced consultant, I have noticed lots of reasons why many schools owner and teachers failed in the course of my consultation and trainings and why many will continue to still fail unless the needful is done in terms of having the right mindsets and sufficient knowledge about starting a school business and building a career in the teaching profession.
They are many reasons but listed below are three (3) out of the top ten (10) reasons why most people fail in starting, growing and sustaining a profitable school business as well as building a career in the teaching profession.
1. Starting a school business or building a teaching career because you studied education in the college, faculty or university.
There are lots of problems already in the educational sector at the moment, and the above is one the reasons that has contributed earnertly to it, all in the name of studying education in school.
NB: Studying education in school alone is not enough to make you feel you can go ahead and start a school or build a career in teaching.
You need to be driven by passion, patience and consistency in other to scale through in this line of business.
You need to sit down to engage in research in other to identify problems faced in education and pick an area of niche or interest from all the forms of education available, Formal, Informal and Non- formal and see how to solve the problem.
It is in this process that you can then conclude whether you are qualify to start a school business or build a career in the teaching profession.
NB: There is no shortcuts to it.
Do you want to start or explore in your school business or teaching profession? If yes, follow the process to get the Glory.
2. Dont start a school business or go into the teaching profession if you want to make quick money.
The above is another reason that is common to some intending schools owner and teachers.
If making quick money is the motive behind starting a school or building a teaching career, then you are taking the wrong steps.
I may be wrong though! Making money comes from been passionate about solving problems in terms of rendering services to people.
It is in this process that you make money.
The school business and teaching profession is a very lucrative business in every parts of the world except in some less developed nations.
Some schools were established today on a faulty foundation because of what the owners saw in other schools ranging from population of schools, big buildings, buses etc.
Are you also thinking of starting a school business or teaching profession because of some of the above mentioned?
If yes, you are on the right track to fraudstrate yourself.
3. Lack of unique strategies and tomated systems.
No matter how knowledgeable you may be, if you venture into the school business or teaching profession without unique marketing strategies, demonstration of leadership skills, emotional intelligence, automated systems, etc., you won't go far in the school business or teaching profession. The aim of any business is sales and profits, so starting a business without unique strategies to attract the right target audience will lead you into debts and fade you out of the system over time.
