This is to inform all Alumni of UHS 2003 Klass of the following information.

That the group of Admins appointed on the UHS Klass 2003 WhatsApp group reached a conclusion on the following:

1. That there shall be constitution of ELECTORAL COMMITTEE which will comprise the following offices:
a. Chairman
b. Secretary and
c. Special Duties.

2. That interested candidates for the post of electoral committee make their intention known to the Admins representative @⁨Oluwole Qudus⁩ *OLUWOLE QUDUS ADEKUNLE (+2348029747351)* within 5days of this announcement.

3. That the Electoral Committee shall draw a workable guideline for proper *on-line election* with possible assistance as may be requested from members' of UHS KLASS 2003 on all possible social media platform, Admins and or former executives and dissolved Adhoc committee.

4. That the Electoral Committee shall hold election within 4weeks from this Announcement (2nd of November, 2019)

5. That the Admin is ready to work with the Electoral committee to any length as requested or required of them.

6. That every other matter on Electoral Proceedings be handled without fear, favour or discrimination and should be properly publicized without leaving all available and or possible social media out.

7. Other related matters be treated accordingly.
