So I made a decision

I chose organic growth
Not because it’s easy…
But because it’s REAL

I don’t just want followers…

I want people who:
✔ Understand my content
✔ Engage with it
✔ Grow with me

Because at the end of the day…
Numbers don’t support you
People do

I’m not building a page
I’m building a relationship
A space where:

✔ You learn
✔ You relate
✔ You come back
Even if it’s slow…

Even if it takes time…

Real growth lasts

So no…
I won’t do follow for follow

Be honest…
Do you want numbers…
Or real audience?

🔥 You worked so hard to gain followers…
Now you’re scared to remove them 👀.

How many of them actually care about what you post?

You have numbers…

That’s where pruning comes in.

Pruning is not hate…
👉 It’s clarity

It means removing:

❌ People who don’t relate
❌ People who followed for the wrong reasons.

Because this is the truth
1,000 followers + 20 likes = weak connection
300 followers + 20 likes = stronger audience
Same numbers…
Different meaning..

But don’t get it wrong…

Pruning is not magic
If your content is not connecting…

Removing people won’t fix it

And let’s talk about the real problem
Follow for follow (F4F)

People follow you…
Not because they care…

But because they want something back,

Even if someone is in your niche…
Don’t follow blindly.

Follow because:
✔ You connect
✔ You learn
✔ You see value

You don’t grow by forcing people to stay,
You grow by giving people a reason to stay.

Facebook is not counting your followers…
It’s watching how people respond.

Facebook sees: “Nobody cares about this guy.”
So it buries him😮.

300 followers + 20 likes = 6.6% engagement.
Facebook sees: “People love this.”
So it pushes you.😊

The brutal truth:

Your “big” page is training the algorithm to ignore you.

His “small” page is training it to promote him.

You don’t have a reach problem.
You have a dead weight problem.
