Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management (IHRSM) was established in 2012 to facilitate the development of human resources and strategic management programmes and courses, to also make practitioners and intending practitioners align themselves with current trend in global field of human resources and strategic management, in order to develop and sustain competitive advantage in a global business environment. The institute’s aim is to provide an authoritative account, fundamental knowledge in HR and strategic management and human capital development through the academic and professionalism in modern and current strategies, tactics, skills and issues. Today, the world has transformed from the industrial age to the information/knowledge worker age. Wealth creation has moved from money to Human Resources (People), from Financial Capital to Human Capital
(both intellectual and social). However, in today highly sophisticated global business environment, where all organizations in the same industry tend to have access to the same fundamental resources, similar technologies, infrastructural processes, systems and philosophy. Requirements for each category of our professional membership and certification

Requirement/fees for each level

1 Graduate Membership for Corp Members, final year student of any discipline of any University and Poly and fresh graduate

2 Associate membership for those with minimum of OND with two to three years of post graduation in any discipline

3 Full membership for those who have minimum of OND with four to six years of post graduation in any discipline

4 Fellow membership for those who have B.Sc or it equivalent with eight years and above of post graduation in any discipline



Requirement for Doctorate Fellow
Minimum of B.Sc with above 10 years as administrator or HR manager in organization
