A University of Lagos alumnus in Urban and Regional Planning, you ended up planning something far greater: the architecture of human potential.
The most breathtaking part is what you keep giving away.
Through the Tolu and Tutu Adeusi Scholarship Programme, you and your beautiful wife have quietly funded full university journeys for young people who would have remained spectators in their own dreams. Not for applause; simply because your heart could not accept wasted potential.
Otunba Pepper, you are proof that true leadership is not dominance, but devotion. Devotion to the student who arrives afraid. To the team that dreams bigger because they watch you. To a nation hungry for examples that greatness and generosity can share the same address.
Today, we do not just celebrate your years. We stand in awe of the multiplied lifetimes you have sparked across oceans and generations.
