Silent treatment does not communicate anything to your partner. You are not married to a mind reader. You are married to a man/woman like you who has ears for the sole purpose of listening.

Please, communicate.

At best, silent treatment is an immature behaviour used to win an argument. At worst, it can be used as a form of abuse.

Either way, it does your marriage or relationship no good.

Communicate.
