Parents, I invite you today to come with me as I take you through vital lessons you can learn from a gardener’s dedication and selflessness towards tending his seedlings into thriving flowers.
🎉A good gardener prepares the soil, and removes the weeds and stones to provide a fertile ground for his flowers, so too must you create a stable and loving home, removing harmful influences, and trusting in God's guidance.
🎉A good gardener waters his flowers with consistency and patience, so too must you shower your children with love, understanding, and encouragement, recognising God's love and grace in their lives.
🎉A good gardener prunes with care, cutting away what hinders growth, so too must you guide your children, correcting and disciplining with wisdom and compassion, while you seek God's wisdom.
🎉A good gardener shields his flowers from harsh weather, ensuring their beauty and health are preserved, so too must parents safeguard their children from life's storms, offering shelter and support, and trusting in God's protection.
🎉A good gardener believes with hope and expectation, trusting in the seed's potential, so too must you believe in your children’s inherent worth and capabilities, knowing God has a unique purpose and plan for their lives.
Every decision, every action, and every word sown into the hearts of our precious seeds will either nourish or wither their growth.
The future of our children begins with us. We must position them for success by building strong life skills in them. By doing so, we will position them for a bright and promising future, filled with endless possibilities and opportunities.
