A few years ago, I had achieved a milestone which was interestingly a dream come true!

I had successfully published my first literature book for secondary education and a series of plans followed to establish a memorable physical book launch.

I got to working intensely and made all the required arrangements to have my goal Smashed!

As the launch was getting closer, I started to fear the success of my event!😳

After reading the book, my positive mind escalated intensively and I immediately created a formula to defeat this self-limiting feeling called,

Which stands for:

✔️A- Affirmative (Positive self talk)

I applied this formula effectively and my mind began to accept my affirmative words which resulted to influencing my upcoming event positively.

And this brings me to say that My First ever Book Launch was a huge success and I was immensely blessed and honored!

Dear Reader, when you fear to embrace joy, positive events, and accomplishment in life, this is a sign of a phobia known as “Cherophobia”

When it occurs, you fear that if something good happens, something bad will transpire.

And it prevents your will to be absolutely happy for fear of danger, and shuts you out from setting goals and achieving them!

Thus, to defeat Cherophobia, When anxiety speaks, immediately Disagree And Respond with the Affirmative!
