Hmmmm😊
Look at these two names.. What do they mean? Or are they the same? 😀
I saw the second name for the first time recently and asked myself why was "Chisom" misspelt but on a second thought, it hit me😀 Powerful!
I hope you all know what your Igbo names mean.Find out, if you don't.

English names and their Igbo translations😀
The Igbo versions have a deeper connection to them than the English names, in my opinion.

Some people still do not understand what it means to be an Igbo person. Some of you still don't understand the STRENGTH and POWER in you just by the virtue of being Igbo.
Please my people Read... Reaaddddd, research, study your history and learn how powerful you are as an Igbo person!
Because its only when you don't know the in-built strength you possess as an Igbo person , that's when you get worried, become shy or develop inferiority complex when people term you "IGBOTIC" (Whatever that means 🙄)

Ndeewo ndị be anyị 😊 Let's learn something new today 😎
Wépù /Yípù both mean the same thing but can't be used in same context.
Take for example, you can't and shouldn't say "Yípù efere gi " to mean "remove your plate".
In the same vein, you shouldn't say "Wépù ákpụkpọ ụkwụ gi" to mean "remove your shoes".
Easy, right? 😀👍🏽
