We went on a tour! 😎

Last week, as part of the Summer Maker Club 2026, our makers were given a look into the world of work and technology.

The experience was educational and our makers were able to see how different teams use in their work the same technology that they learn about.

Last, but not least, the Imisi 3D team gave our makers an understanding of VR, AR, and 360 content, wrapping up with a live VR experience.

Our maker created a parking gate controlled by a potentiometer.

The idea was for all the components to be connected to the potentiometer so that she could use it as the master control. So when she turns the potentiometer, both the LED and the servo motor respond.

The LASRIC-funded SAIL STEM For Schools programme (Cohort 3), managed by SAIL Empowerment Foundation and implemented by STEMCafe, is still ongoing!

The students are building their knowledge and skills in Embedded Systems, and the excitement is definitely showing.

At the end of the programme, each group will create a project of their choice, applying all the knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme.

We can't wait to see what they envision, engineer, and bring to life.
