Last meeting minutes of Sunday 10th of March 2024.
Meeting started by 9:21, 🙏 opening prayer by Abdul Wasiu, (Olorungbokare) last minute was read by secretary .and chairman addressed the whole member of the group both the present people and the absentee , he pleaded to everyone that we should please 🙏 and try to pay the money we are contributing every Sunday which is 1k ,4k per month, that the money is very very important for the purpose of our ambition concerning the school 🏫,Ologbokare said that everything base on money that we suppose to add penalty for those people that fail to pay 💰 or late payments, that if we continue with the way we are doing about the money that we will not get what we want, Bola said that if someone have not paid now doesn’t mean the person will not pay , because the situation of the things now , we should have patience small. —Alao Olabisi said that we that we are in one area or state should try and find each other ,for the benefits of us other and for the progress of the group, and everyone agreed with that idea that it a good and welcome 🙏 idea,—-Banke also said that the issue of penalty is not welcome by her that the situation in the country presently is not okay at all that we should try to be considerate.—-Olamilekan said that we should have patience about the money that we should not let the meeting be base only on money that we should try to help each other and ask about the work that we are doing.—- Chairman said that we need to work together for the benefit of the group that only committee can not do it alone, and more so we should try to introduce ourselves normally when we are joining the group.—-This information is very important because it part of the rules and regulations of the group, that anybody that is doing birthday should be the one to post his/herself on the platform for the wishes nobody should post the celebrant on their behalf, also the celebrant have rights to post only one ☝️ picture of themselves in the group., last but not the least,if anybody have vital information that can benefit the group that person should not post it here, the person should inform the P R O, or any member of the committee,—- thanks for your understanding everyone.
