TEN IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE ITAMERIN OLD STUDENT ASSOCIATION'S REUNION

1. Online registration for expression of interest will run for two weeks (April 1 – 15, 2023).

2. Registration link (for the main event & Dinner) will go live on all the platforms at the appropriate time.

3. Each alum will be free to invite two guests, possibly family or friends. Invitees must be pre-registered during the registration period. The event is 10 am – 6 pm on April 23, 2023 (the 2nd day of Id’le Fitr) at Itamerin School.

4. Dinner cost at Time Square, Oru, is 5K per participant and includes food and drinks. Members may also freely buy additional refreshments from the hotel management.

5. Members will be encouraged to supplement these efforts by offering the needed services (where they are proficient) and bringing food and drinks (singly or as class sets) to the event.

6. Felicitations & sterling greetings from members and class sets. This will cost 5K per greeting.

7. Voluntary donations from well-meaning individual alum members, patrons, National Officers, etc.

8. Donation from Class sets. This will constitute sterling greetings from the class sets and cost 20k per set. All class sets are expected to participate.

9. Funding through Adverts

Full Back (outer) Page – 100k
Half Back (inner) Page – 60K

Giving back to the community is about appreciating the platform the community grants and provides as a value addition. For this reason, national officers deem it fit to appreciate the contributors and encourage others to follow the same.
