Wake up. Sit. Breathe. Connect to your Truth, resilience, and love within.
This is your training to take nothing personally.
Sit in quiet every day, connect within to who you are and what you want in life.

The outer world is unpredictable and chaotic. The opinions, words, and actions of people are always a reflection of what’s happening inside of them and has nothing to do with you.
So make sure your foundation for life is rooted within you, and not anchored in the outside world. ~xoxo Michelle & Barb
