OKIJA BIG BROTHERS ASSOCIATION (OBBA) Honours our MAN Rt. Hon. Paschal Agbodike IGODO 🗝️ Ihiala LGA.

It was a gathering of sons and daughters of Okija achala ogidi under he umbrella of OBBA, an association of the cream dé la crema in Okija cutting across various fields of endeavors correct to be called Ndi Okija Jiri biri.

It was an OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD which rightly is the affirmation of an undiluted pass mark and verdict on the competence of Hon. Agbodike who is the state house of assembly representative of Okija today.

Mmirioma is a proud Enyi Ndi- Okija and he is considered brother by the people of this noble community where through his ingenuity, political horse-trading, capacity, doggedness and resilience, a whooping road project with contract sum in tune of N3,259,985,168, water projects, rebuilding of classroom blocks, renovation of markets, provision of job opportunities etc all of which are verifiable projects that can be felt in real time is situated in Okija as attracted Govt Projects For Ndi-Okija under APGA.

Ukraine War: We've deployed our aircraft to evacuate Nigerians who are stranded in Europe as a result of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

This is the first batch of Nigerians to be evacuated since the war broke out. The aircraft departed Nigeria at 2:20am today, Thursday, March 3, 2022, for Warsaw, Poland.

RT. HON. PASCHAL AGBODIKE CALL OUT FOR DIALOGUE IN SOLVING THE RECENT SITUATION IN ANAMBRA STATE.

There is no gain saying that all is well in our fatherland today, with the recent rise in killings reported almost on daily basis in various communities and cities. The situation, no doubt calls for men of good will in our communities to speak out and proffer a workable solution that will save lives and usher prosperity in the State just as Mmirioma Ihiala LGA did during the plenary in the House of Assembly.

In truism, the foreseeable solution to end this ugly trend is nothing but dialogue! dialogue!! dialogue!!! as proposed by the Deputy Speaker to the Govt of our dear state. In all truth, there are very fundamental issues silent in the cause of these agitation and we must be proud and eloquent in calling it out without fear and the Federal Govt have the constitutional duty to have a wholistic understanding of this long age issues with respect to Ndi-igbo and beging to show the willingness to have all citizens as equals. "It is also a fact that the failure of the Fed Govt on this area, should not make us to turn wolves unto our own people" We are Igbos, aware and conscious of the sanctity of human lives and it's preciousness. We are not killers neither are we barbarians. We are commercial people, wise and energetic, entrepreneurs and enterprising and have continued to distinguish ourselves in our areas of endeavors despite all provocations hence we must also look inword/ find a way to end this tension and restore normalcy so that the common Man will survive for the sake of the poor masses.

ANAMBRA ASSOCIATION OF ONOWU, ELECT NEW PRESIDENT.

Ndi Ihiala LGA rejoice with our very revered head of the Okpaleke Dynasty High Chief Godwin Okpaleke, the quintessential traditional prime minister of Azia on his recent election as the substantive President of the association of Ndi ONOWU Anambra State.

The election of High Chief Onowu G.O Okpaleke as the president of the association, took place last week Friday being 27th August 2021 haven professionally lead the group for about a year now sequel to the demise of it's late president High Chief Anthony Enukeme (Tonimas) where upon after very strict and meticulous scrutiny on the pedigree of the contestants with string emphasis of track leadership record, the Onowu of Azia community emerge victoriously with resounding votes from his fellow Ndi Onowu who found him worthy, capable and eminently distinguished to hold such important post geared toward preserving the cultura of the Igbo race in Anambra State for the term of 4 years.

The victory in the new post, is a well deserving one for a man whose life epitomize what the word leadership truly means.
