🖊️Our practitioners can't be 19th and 18th century in their THINKING and way of delivering in the classroom, while our children are 21st century children, who through technology have loads of information, and expect such children to be excited about classrooms.

Practitioners only need to be taught, guided, supervised and motivated to give that extra in their classrooms.

Practitioners in only need to see how it can be done practically.

It is time for teachers to arise and embrace knowledge and celebrate the NEW AGE SCHOOL.

The best way to go about it in your early years is active learning and making resources available all the time.

Send in your practitioners to spend time with an expert.

Practitioners will see how they can interpret every area of their curriculum and produce materials to deliver them well.

Practitioners will be able to ask questions on active play.

Practitioners will discover how they can develop the emotional and social skill of children through active learning.

Hope we are rounding up for 2nd term and getting ready for 3rd term. 3rd Term is a term school leaders should not joke with , this is the period where parents will relocate, some are looking for your mistake in your teacher's teaching, then 1st term they will decide if they will come back or not.

Saying " One and one is eleven" or " One and two is twelve" is off. One and One is two because
"and " means addition.

We should teach "ten and one make eleven" and " ten and two make twelve and so on.

This helps children understand how numbers work, especially Place value.

So let's get it right from the start and give children a solid foundation in mathematics.

In today's class, creativity was at its peak! These educators yearned to explore their creativity. It was all shades of fun. 😊😂

This is also true of children when they engage in different variation and extension activities while working with the sensorial materials.

Read to the end, dear school owners. If your learners come to school every day to sit down for teaching only, the school will become boring to them. There will be no excitement in coming to school.

Many schools are guilty of this, all in the name of wanting to cover the syllabus. There are three domains of learning: affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Why focus on only the cognitive aspect?

NO SCHOOL CAN DO BETTER THAN THE PERSON IN CHARGE.

Show me the school manager and I will tell you in five minutes where the school will be in five years time.

So many schools feel that when they advertise more then the school will grow. Fine, creating awareness for your school is good but without a school manager with deep understanding of managing people and resources the school can't go far.

Anyone that is not growing can't help any organization succeed.
