One of our favorite moments at The FAME Foundation last week 💜
We had the privilege of training over 100 student leaders at Valencia College, Oluyole, Ibadan and the energy in the room was unforgettable! 🚀👏🏽
From leadership challenges to teamwork, communication, confidence-building, and critical thinking sessions, these young leaders showed us that the future is in GOOD hands. 🌍✨
The biggest lesson of the day: 💡 “Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself.”
Watching these students speak boldly, collaborate, and embrace responsibility reminded us why leadership development matters so much. 🙌🏽
The next generation isn’t waiting for the future… They’re preparing for it NOW. 🔥

✨ Throwback to an unforgettable and inspiring moment at Valencia College, Oluyole, Leadership Day ✨
When Mr Goodness Morakinyo walked into the training hall, it was a heartwarming surprise for both the student leaders and The FAME Foundation team.
Seeing these young leaders speak with confidence, learning passionately, and share firsthand how the training has impacted them was truly inspiring. Watching them shine with purpose, potential, and boldness was clearly a proud moment for the Founder of Valencia Schools.
The future is incredibly bright, and it’s being shaped right here at Valencia Schools. 💫👏

✨ Valencia College Oluyole Leadership Day✨
At The FAME Foundation, we had the privilege of delivering a transformative Student Leadership Training at one of the best secondary schools in Nigeria, Valencia College, Oluyole and the energy in the room was absolutely inspiring! 👏🏽
105 student leaders, including newly appointed prefects, outgoing prefects, class captains, teachers, and experienced facilitators came together for one mission:
➡️ To raise confident, responsible, visionary leaders ready to lead and create change.
This wasn’t just another school seminar.
Students participated in: ✅ Real leadership challenges
✅ Hands-on team activities
✅ Confidence-building exercises
✅ Effective Communication & critical thinking sessions
✅ Collaboration and creativity workshops
Most importantly, they learned one powerful truth:💡 “Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself.”
Watching these brilliant young minds speak up, work together, and embrace responsibility reminded us that the future is brighter than many people think. 🌍💜
