Alumni Colleagues,
It gives me great pleasure to announce that the UDGSOSA-sponsored Practical Agriculture Program has commenced in earnest once again in our beloved old school. This initiative is being privately sponsored by our very own Madam President, Oluwabukola Akinbolusire, whose unrelenting passion for farming and animal husbandry has been the driving force behind the revival of this program.
The program is designed to encourage participating students to manage their own farm beds and cultivate crops that can be harvested within a three-month academic term. In addition, the project will incorporate rabbit rearing and fish farming, thereby equipping our students with the practical exposure needed to excel seamlessly in their WAEC and NECO Agricultural Science practical examinations.

In addition to the recent communication from Madam President, Olubukola Akinbolusire, regarding ongoing donations to our school, I would like to inform this noble house of yet another remarkable act of generosity.
YONKE International, a longstanding supporter of our alma mater, has once again stepped forward to donate 86 school uniforms to our students.
It is especially noteworthy that the founder of this organization is not an alumna of UDGSOSA, yet has consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to uplifting our school—often without seeking recognition.
Great Urbanites, this is a powerful example of selfless service and true community spirit. I kindly invite us all to join in recognizing and appreciating YONKE International for their continued generosity toward our school and our students.
