Our little Picassos had such a joyful art experience! 🎨

We explored creativity in a playful way, using bright colours, funny shapes, and bold lines to create their own special pictures. Some faces looked wobbly, some shapes looked silly, and that made everything even more beautiful! 😄

Just like Picasso, our preschoolers learned that there is no “right” or “wrong” in art—only imagination and fun!

We are so proud of their creativity, confidence, and happy expressions as they drew and painted with joy. 🖌️

CLASS FEATURE – RECEPTION 📚🌟

🍊➗ Fractions Made Fun!

Today, we learnt about Fractions and discovered that a fraction is a part of a whole.

We discussed how things can be divided into equal parts and that each part represents a fraction. Using a real orange 🍊, we explored the meaning of a whole, half, and quarter by dividing it into equal parts.

We practised sharing equally, identified the different parts of the orange, and enjoyed seeing fractions come to life through a hands-on activity.

It was a fun and engaging lesson that helped us build a better understanding of fractions through learning by doing! ✨🍊

✊ Who says Social Studies can't be exciting?

Today, our Year 4 Shining Stars explored Trade Unions and Pressure Groups through exciting role-play and teamwork. From organising mock rallies to presenting petitions and negotiating solutions, they discovered how people work together to make their voices heard. 📢

The highlight? Learning how peaceful protest can be a powerful tool for change when used responsibly and respectfully.

Big Lesson: Great change begins when people unite, speak up, and take positive action!
