I've been having a free mentoring class organized by Dr Bunmi Izzy Olaloye and during one of our sessions, she gave us this book 👇 to read.
I must say, this book is an eye opener and a must read for everyone. We even had a review on the book. We also shared some lessons we learned from the book.
Below are some great lessons from the book;

✔️Changes are part of life process

✔️We need to pay attention to our environment
✔️Nature some times leaves a clue of the changes that is about to come
✔️Being a keen observer is a skill we must all have
✔️We need to spend time in quietness to understand what is going on around us

✔️We should let go off our fear
✔️If we don't face our fear, we can't move forward
