A LIFE THAT STILL ECHOES

Rev. Pa John Aina (1939–2026) was more than a musician; he was a master conductor, composer, arranger, organist, pianist and devoted Director of Music whose influence shaped Nigerian gospel music for over six decades. His commanding presence, expressive conducting, exceptional musicianship and deep understanding of indigenous melodies made every performance memorable. For many who watched and learned from him, his music was not just sound—it was ministry, excellence and worship.

Thank you, Pa John Aina, for a life poured into music and the Gospel. Your discipline, creativity and passion inspired generations, and your legacy will continue to live through the choirs, musicians and worshippers you touched. You have run your race and finished your course; your music still echoes. May your soul rest in perfect peace. 🕊️
