Yesterday, 12th June 2026, we held our Parents Institute Seminar for the current academic year.
The theme was: MENTAL HEALTH CARE: Protecting Your Child’s Focus in a Distracted Economy
Key take‑aways from the seminar include:
I. Create safe spaces
II. Foster healthy communication
III. Pay attention to changes in their mood
IV. Establish consistent routines for your children
V. Reduce excessive academic pressure
VI. Monitor their social relationships
VII. Encourage a healthy lifestyle
Implementing these and other strategies will help parents safeguard their children’s focus and well‑being.
We sincerely appreciate all parents who attended, as well as our dedicated staff and planning committee.

As our May Devotion comes to an end today in our school, may the blessings, love, and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary continue to guide and protect every student, staff, and family.
May Mother Mary teach us obedience, humility, purity, and unwavering faith in God. May the prayers offered throughout this month bear lasting fruits in our lives and in our school community.
