The excursion to the Tunde Odunlade Art Gallery was more than just a field trip; it was a sensory celebration of our identity. The children thoroughly enjoyed every moment, asking curious questions and soaking in the beauty of their surroundings.
We are firm believers that learning should be felt and experienced. Seeing our PKG students engage so deeply with Nigerian Art reminds us why we cherish these hands-on opportunities at D’monte School.
Our Students explored a diverse collection of artworks from intricate paintings to traditional textiles, they saw firsthand how Nigerian stories are told through creativity and art.
The highlights of the trip included:
Connecting our classroom lessons to real-life masterpieces.
Identifying symbols and patterns unique only to our Nigerian roots.
Experiencing the peaceful and inspiring atmosphere of one of Ibadan's premier art spaces.

To wrap up their deep dive into the study of Nigeria, our Pre-Kindergarten Students stepped out in style for an unforgettable excursion to the Tunde Odunlade Art Gallery accompanied by the Principal and their Social Studies Teacher. It was a day where heritage met history, and our young learners became True Cultural Ambassadors!
The Gallery was awash with vibrant colors, not just from the Beautiful Walls and Art, but from our Students themselves! Dressed fully in their stunning native attires, our Pre-KG class was a beautiful sight to behold, embodying the very "rich culture and heritage" they have been studying.

Twinning Day at D'monte School, and we had 'two' & 'three' much fun!
From "identical" twins for a day to 'triplets' and even whole squads, our students really understood the assignment.
