FREE DANCE & SELF DEFENSE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN

Let's get our little ones on new skills/activities this weekend (Saturday, 20th February, 2021) as we hold our FREE Dance & Self - Defense classes for children between the ages of 4 - 16

SCHEDULE

11am - 12noon (Self-defense training)

12noon - 12:30pm (Water and play time)

12:30pm - 1:30pm (Dance class)

COSTUME

Flat shoes (No heels)
Armless or round neck t-shirt
Knickers or tracksuits for boys
Tracksuits or leggings for girls
