I was trying to describe something huge to my pupils, i used the word "COLOSSAL" and everyone kept quiet like it time for repentance🤣🤣 I was amazed and noticed their facial expressions (we are lost)😎.I asked any question? Please raise your hand if you do.
Pupil: ma'am please what is colossal and why did you say raise your hand and not raise up your hand?.
I smiled and said when you raise your hands it is up already so!!! you don't need to include "UP" anymore. Hmmmmm for colossal there is nothing serious about it, it just another way of saying huge,you can also use ELEPHANTINE , MAMMOTH and GIGANTIC to describe something huge are we clear?
Pupils:yes!!!!! Maam thank you ma'am.

Mum: no package for you cause I can't see my in addy pictures on your WhatsApp status.
Son: what🤔? Why should I write in addy? Or do you want me to invite everyone to come around?.
Mum: meaning?😏.
Son: mum in addy means address not advance /addition.
Mum:are you serious?🤔.
Son: yes mum all you need to write is happy birthday in advance.
Mum: oh my God now i know why there was no response from everyone thank you my son.

Please stop the habit of writing in addy when celebrating birthdays in advance thank you🤡
