There were two friends, great friends they've been for a long time...

Sola and Tunde, even though fingers are not equal they remained friends.

Sola is from a well to do family so he had an advantage of money, family name and other things over Tunde.

Sola built his first house at the age of 28 he built his second house at the age of 30, gave the house for rent and stopped working.

Living off his rent and other little investments here and there.

Sola is 3 years older than Tunde but that didn't stop their friendship.

Tunde wants to be like Sola, but he doesn't have the advantage Sola has.

By chance Tunde was going through his page, mindlessly scrolling. Then he stumbled upon a post that said *How to Own an Estate before you own Houses*

He was so curious, his curiosity led him to click the post and he found out that, Stanley a friend of his who they went to secondary school together is the one explaining how it works.

Immediately Tunde knew this was an opportunity he couldn't let go. But the fear of what if it doesn't work for me drowned Tunde for 2hours.

Then the thought of Sola's lifestyle crossed Tunde's mind. This instilled courage in Tunde, he told himself (if there's a slight chance it will work, I'll make it work)

Tunde messaged Stanley about the opportunity and told Stanley he'll love to learn.

They got talking, then Stanley remembered Tunde and realize they went to sec school together.

Stanley had an Academy to teach everyone interested in this opportunity.

But Stanley made a condition around it. "To differentiate the serious ones from the Unserious ones" He put a one time fee around enrolling in the Academy.

Tunde knew what he wanted was more greater than the fee he has to pay. He wasn't going to allow anything stop him now.

Tunde paid and enrolled into the academy after 4 days. Then he kept learning. In 2weeks Tunde had his first Digital Real Estate.

In Six months, Tunde made so much money from his Digital Real Estate.

He bought the two houses close to Tunde's house white duplexes.

Sola was surprised, he asked Tunde How??

How did you make this much and accomplish so much in this little amount of time.

Sola said You got rent from your house. I got rent from my Estate.

Tunde said to Sola how do i have a Digital Estate of my own too.

Then Sola showed him.

Real Estate (Housing) is a very lucrative business because people need to have Shelter over their heads.

The difference between the houses in Lekki and the houses in mainland is their location.

This same reason is what differentiates how much they bring in for their owners (Rent).

As juicy and attractive as having a house in an expensive location seem.
