Hi,
My name is Taiwo. I have been a tutor and entrepreneur for over a decade of experience, working in both regular schools and special needs schools.

I help children reach their potential, and I also help educators understand the school business and how to build it.

"My mind is made up," she said.

"I will leave this business. I am fed up with the staff. Is that you?

Staff have their own issues, but sometimes giving them the right training, and policies, and letting them see themselves in your plan is what helps them to grow with you.

No one wants to waste their time building something from which they won't gain. What plan do you have for your staff?"

Many schools struggle with structure. But what does structure mean? It's a step-by-step guide for your business, including people, policies, plans, and goals for your organization.

No business can exist without a solid structure.

One of the main reasons why most businesses don't last 20 years or more is because of issues related to staff, structure, and individual or organizational goals. If you want to build a business that can be emulated and can create generational wealth, you need to think about your structure.

Here are some questions to consider:
- Can I leave my business for a day or two and trust that it will run smoothly?
- Can the finances for my day-to-day operations be managed without my direct involvement?
- Do my staff members know what to do if I'm not available?
- Will my business still be thriving after 5 years?
- What can I do to ensure its continued success?
