FMH Entrepreneurship Skills Management Institute

RACTICAL is the part where the trainees showcase what they have been taught on field (during their skilled training) with continuous assessment and projects which will be assigned to the them to carry out what they have been taught. The above-listed categories are grouped into two (2) programmes:
- Three Month (3) basic programme: purely designed to educate the trainees the basic courses in Business Branding, Business Marketing, Business Management & Business Communication.
- Six Month (6) Advanced programme: designed in a way to afford the trainees the exposure to the advanced courses in Business Branding, Business Marketing, Business Management & Business Communication and Labour Law including English and Mathematics. Its worthy of note, that there is list of professions that can apply to be certified by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Employment as Professional for proper recognition both at the National Level and International Communities. These include but not limited to;

 Fabrication/Machinery
 Plumbing
 Catering & Hotel Management
 Electrical & Installation work
 Tailoring/ Dress Making
 Refrigerator/ Air Condition Mechanics
 Bricklaying/ Masonry
 Driving


CERTIFICATION & BENEFITS
• Federal Government Trade Test Certificate: will afford the trainees the recognition needed at the international community as a Professional in their chosen field. It is a recognition from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment in respect to the United Nations in the category of International Labour Organization (ILO).
• International Business Management Institute (IBMI) Certificate: This is a certification from International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany. which gives the owner an International Business Recognition and lucrative edge in respect to his/her skill.
• The Federal Government Skill Upgrade Certificate which is equivalent to the Nigerian Ordinary National Diploma (OND) which can get the owner a State/Federal Government job placement up to Level 14 cadre.
• Certificate of Participation from the Institute.
• A Non-Refundable Grant given to trainees who meets up with the required score as a fund to enhance their business in the aspect of development, productivity, expansion, and it may even serve as the capital for some Start-Ups. EXAMINATION AND GRADES
Trainees will be examined after a comprehensive 6 weeks training with weekly assessment tests to understand their knowledge of what they have been taught during these periods. Weekly assessment tests and examinations are to be conducted on the following areas of courses incudes:
1. Business Management.
2. Business Marketing.
3. Business Branding.
4. Business Communication.
5. Attendance and Punctuality. The examinations will be graded according to the various capabilities of the trainees of which there will be no room for examination malpractices.
