*Summary of the Meeting*
The meeting started at 12noon and lasted for about 2 and half hours after an intense deliberation and on-site inspection.
The following were our resolutions:
*1) PROJECT*
i,) That the project committee should focus on the third building roof instead of 2 classrooms that was initially proposed. During the inspection of the state of the school, it was discovered that the 3rd building which has about 12 rooms is in a very bad state. The roof is off and not safe for learning.
ii) The budget of #2.3million for Project (replacing of 3rd Building Roof) was reviewed and agreed. The Project Committee were advised to come up with payment plan for the project. Also, to look for 2 other tender or quotation for the project.
iii) That the project should start in earnest if we want to meet up with the deadline of 1st week in September.
iv) That the water slab of toilet constructed by class 95 needs should be rebuilt.
*2.) EVENTS*
I) That the billboard and banner should come up by last week in July or 1st week in August. Mr Olanloye and Mr Farayola agreed to work on this. Two billboards were suggested. One in Bodija Ojurin and the other in U.I
ii) That the production of face mask as community impact should be dropped. However, it was agreed that the community impact should now be on environmental cleanliness. Ms Olayemi, Mr Johnson and Mrs Oketola were saddle with that responsibility.
iii) That the highlight of the event should now include Thursday for the community impact activity which basically is for distribution of waste basket.

- Old Student join the School Assembly - 7.30am
- Old Student taking Classes - 9 - 10. 30am
- Symposium:( Topic: ) - 11am to 1.30pm
- Jumaat Service : - 1.30pm - 2.30pm
- Old Student Business Meeting
and Election into National
Excos of the Association. - 3pm to 5pm
*Saturday 26, September* - Founder's Day
- Induction and Swearing in of the
National Excos of BOHSOSA. - 10am - 12noon.
- Commissioning of Project
- Giving of Awards and
Old Students support for
Indigent Students. - 12pm - 3pm

Thanksgiving Service -. - 9am
iv) That the Event committee should come up with the sample of the customised T - Shirt and dressing code for the event. Mrs Toyin Olufemi and Ms Abimbola Adegboye are to get back to the house asap on this.
v) That the dissemination of information and public awareness should be intensified. Mr Kola Johnson and Ms Abimbola Adegboye are saddled with this responsibility.
vi) That the budget of event should be pruned down to #1.7million.
*3) Finance*
I) That the sum approved now has to be increased from #3.3miilion to as a result of project modification
ii) That the fund mobilisation team is to intensify effort in their drive for money.
*Note:*
A) Prof. Tolu Ajayi & Prof. T A Yekeen are to provide #750,000 on behalf of 1985 to 1989 sets. Also, it was suggested that, being the older and foundation sets, they should assist in raising the #700,000 initial budget deficit. Making it a total of #1,450,000 from 85 - 89 sets
B) Segun Eluyera and Mrs T**i Adedeji are to provide #1,350,000 on behalf of 91 to 99 sets. Mr Eluyera assured that about 2 sets are ready with their money.
C) Dr Felicia Omoyeme, Mr Kola Johnson and Mr Yusuf Arisekola are to provide #1,200,000 on behalf of 2000 - 2007 sets.
iii) That all Money must come in on or before 2 August 2020 and paid into bank details below

1) That efforts should be made by everyone to ensure that the programme is a success.
2) That efforts should be made to reach out to our members in strategic places in and outside the country that could help.
3) That the request of the school management in area of safety measures against COVID 19, support for indigent student etc should be given a priority.
The meeting came to a close by 2.30pm when we sang the second stanza of you National anthem as the closing prayer.
