REQUIREMENTS
✅ Scored a minimum of 170 in the 2025 UTME.
✅ Selected FCT College of Nursing Sci., Gwagwalada as First Choice.
✅ At least 5 O'Level Credits (Eng, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology) in not more than 2 sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB).
✅ Must be 16 years of age or above.

HOW TO APPLY
STEP 1: SIGN UP

2. Read instructions & check the box.
3. Enter your JAMB number to validate details.
4. Enter your email, phone number & create a password to create an account.

STEP 2: APPLICATION
1. Log in with your email and password.
2. Click "Apply Now" or "My Application".
3. Fill out the application form.

STEP 3: PAYMENT
1. Click "Proceed to Payment".
2. Generate an RRR code.
3. Pay N2,200 online or take the RRR to any bank.
4. Return to the portal to "Verify Payment".
5. Download and print your Exam Slip.

📅 Dates: 6th, 7th, and 8th October, 2025.
📍 Venue: FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada (within the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital - UATH).

Applications are invited from suitable/qualified candidates for admission into Basic Nursing Program at FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada.

*REGISTRATION WILL COMMENCE ON JANUARY 9TH, AND WILL CONCLUDE ON JANUARY 12, 2024.*

*THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 15, 2024.*

*ENTRY REQUIREMENT:*
i. Applicants must have obtained five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in either WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, and these passes should not exceed two sittings.
ii. O-Level Certificate Combination: Acceptable combinations include WAEC-WAEC, NECO-NECO, WAEC-NECO, and NABTEB-NABTEB.
iii. Age Requirement: Applicants should be 17 years old or above at the time of acquiring the application form.
iv. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.
v. Pregnant candidates advised not to obtain the form.

3. Applicants are required to make a non-refundable payment of N5,200 (comprising 5,000 Naira for the application form and 200 Naira for the FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee) through the online application portal.
4. Fill the Form: Complete the application form online.
5. Print Your Registration Slip: Ensure you print your registration slip, as it will be a mandatory requirement during your visit to the school for the entrance examination.
Method of Screening: Computer Based Test (CBT) covering English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Current Affairs

BASIC NURSING APPLICATION

SALE OF FORM: Starts 8th April, 2023. Ends 21st April, 2023.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with FIVE CREDIT passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings. NABTEB RESULT CAN ONLY BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER NABTEB RESULT.
Pregnant Women/ Candidates below the Age of 17 (Seventeen) years are not Eligible to Apply.
Candidates with awaiting Result are not Eligible to Apply.

EXAM INFORMATION:
The Entrance Examination begins on the 25th April 2023. The Examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT) covering English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Current Affairs.

Code (RRR) will be generated. The user will be directed to complete payment via

Step 6: Ensure you save the application number displayed on the screen
Step 7: After Completing Step 6, use the application number generated and the phone number to login into consap.fcthhss.abj.gov.ng.
Step 8: Provide all the necessary information required and print the examination slip which contains your exam venue, date and time.
Note:
Come with the examination slip printout on the day of your Test. Candidate who fail to present this slip will not be allowed to take the test.
