Having received and critically perused three hundred and twenty two entries, we have meritoriously selected our participants for this year Jewel Writing Workshop.

We are very glad that many young minds have shown their high level of intellectualism through writing. The selection was highly competitive and we learnt a lot from the entries.

We are very pleased that on the 31st of October, we will reinvigorate their creative minds with the free mentoring services. We are very sure that this will be the first of it's kind.

Dr. Yunana Ahmed holds a Ph.D in Rhetoric, Theory and Culture from Michigan Tech, United State of America. He is a highly reputable critical analyst and currently teaches at the Department of English Language, Gombe State University.

Ahmed Musa Hussaini is a developmental and management practitioner, a managing partner at Stratfare Consultancy; he is also a Co-founder at Nahda Foundation and a noble member board of economists for the National Economy Newspaper. He is a highly recognised analyst whose grandeur has been saluted nationally and internationally.

Jewel Writing Workshop: Deadline for Entries Extended

Due to the many requests, we are pleased to announce that the deadline for submission has been extended to October 10.

Applications for entries started on 24th September, 2020 and it will end on10th October, 2020. The free writing workshop which would be convened by Adamu Usman Garko will hold on 31st October, 2020.

Eligibility:
The Applicants must;
a. Be a Nigerian and must be living in Nigeria
b. A teenager

How to Apply:
Applicants should send any piece of writing (Prose, Drama or Poem) of any length via email to [email protected] or through WhatsApp +2348163928893.
The body of the e-mail should contain the following; applicant’s name, state and the piece of writing.

We are glad to announce Matrix International Academy as the venue of Jewel Writing Workshop, 2020.

Our choice of this conducive academic atmosphere is hinged on exposing our participants to an educational environment that will contribute physically, mentally and emotionally to the success of the programme.

The audiences are to join us at the closing ceremony on October 31st, 2020 at 4pm. The special invitations would soon be dispersed.
