A Call for Articles
GOSSA Connect Magazine is a Publication of the National Secretariat of our Noble Umbrella body, Gombe State Students’ Association under the leadership of comrad M suhail Abubakar. The Magazine aims to provide a platform where members connect with each other and express their views on issues in the various facets of Human endeavor. However, the Editorial Board of the magazine will prioritize consideration to submissions on Education, Economy, Health, Anti-corruption and other societal ills such as immorality, Cultism, Drug abuse, et al.

Members are therefore, invited to forward the soft copies of their articles via [email protected]. Hard copies can also be submitted to the committee at GOSSA National Secretariat in Gombe.

Authors should note the following:

-All articles must be in Microsoft word format, Times New Roman Character, fourteen (14) font sized, Double-line spaced and NOT more than three (3) pages

-ONLY original, relevant and compliant submissions will be featured

-Publication of articles will be based on merit, free of charge and NOT automatic

-All articles should be sent on or before 27/may/2017.

*AN APOLOGY MESSAGE ON THE DELAY OF DISBURSEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP ATM*


The president of the gombe state students association (Gossa), national secretariat Comr. Muhammad Suhailu Abubakar has apologised to students who are waiting for scholarship ATM.

In his statement this evening, the president expressed that the delay for the payment of scholarship happened due to the company that is responsible for the issuance of the cards at lagos, and the national secretariat is working tireless to ensure that the ATMs arrive as soon as possible and in due time.

Finally, the president apprehended the effort of all gossite for the total support and prayers giving to this present administration.

*PAYMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP*

The aforementioned students body under the leadership of Comrade Muhammad Suhailu Abubakar wishes to inform the entire gossite that the payment of the state government scholarship is going to start on monday, dated 6/March/2017.

The scholarshp board arranged the payment based on the following categories;

*• THOSE THAT HAVE THE TALBA BURSARY CARD.*

The students that already have the ATM CARD will get their scholarship allowance on monday 6/March/2017.

*• THOSE WITH THE EXPIRED ATM CARD.*

The students whose their ATM CARD expired, they should come to scholarship board with the card and get the clearance for payment, scheduled as follows:

Day 1.On Tuesday 7/3/2017
Gombe rough 1 and 2.
Day 2. On Wed 8/3/2017
Yola and Maiduguri rough.
Day 3.on Thursday 9/3/2017 Jos,Bauchi,Kano,Zaria and Abuja rough will follow immediatly.

*• THOSE WHO DOSN'T HAVE THE ATM CARD.*

The students who dosn't have the ATM CARD should wait, their ATM will be ready in three weeks time, as the ATM is at Lagos for issueing, and they should exercise patient the National secretariat is doing all her possible best to ensure the walfare of all gossite.
