As we are in the month of LOVE, why don't we talk about "Matters of the Heart" . Our able Facilitator; Dr. Joshua O. Orifunmishe will be taking us on SELF DISCOVERY and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.

Many often suffer from a poor self-image and need to know that they are capable, acceptable and loved as they are. They constantly compare themselves to their peers, and feel their roles in an organisation or team of leaders is insignificant.

The purpose of this session is to help leaders and emerging leaders build self-confidence, to see that it is all right to be different, to accept and feel good about themselves, discover purpose, gifts and talents with accompanying willingness to develop them. Improving self-image in general increases the outcome of one’s leadership in whatever position one is found. This is SELF DISCOVERY!

A lot of the problems people encounter in leadership are emotion driven. And as a leader, we have to make major decisions, that will directly or indirectly affect the masses.

Leadership decisions should be made by strategic, calculative, logically and emphatic mindset not just by temporary emotions.This session will help leaders recognize and manage their emotions as well the emotions of those whom they lead.
