With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved brother MUHAMMAD INUWA SHU'AIBU(GBOMSAN Sport Director II),a simple,respectful and dedicated brother.
Just yesterday, we were praying for his recovery—today, we mourn his loss.
This reminds us how fragile life is and how sudden death can be.

On behalf of all Gboko Muslim students, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Inuwa’s family. May Allah forgive his shortcomings, accept his illness as kaffārah, and grant him Jannatul Firdaus.

His Janazah will be held today at 8:00 AM at JIBWIS Mosque.
We urge all members to attend and pray for him.

Assalamu Alaikum,

It has come to our attention that some Polytechnic students have expressed concerns, and certain rumours are circulating suggesting that the Gbomsan National Body Executives is exclusively meant for University students. We wish to categorically state that this claim is false and misleading.

Gbomsan stands for unity, inclusiveness, and progress—not division. Our Association is built on the foundation of student contribution, not institutional identity. Whether you are from a Polytechnic, College of Education, or University, you are equally valued and fully eligible to partake in the forthcoming elections.

We are more concerned with who will serve and uplift students, not where they study. Gbomsan does not practice isolation or discrimination. We are one body, united in purpose and driven by the collective strength of all our members.

We therefore encourage every student with the passion and capacity to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Gbomsan to step forward boldly, regardless of your institution. Your ideas, energy, and leadership are needed.

For any inquiries, clarifications, or election-related information, kindly reach out to the ISEC Committee or any of the Gbomsan Executives. They are available and ready to assist you.
