I want to use this medium to celebrate with you as our dear School Yusra Model Science School emerge as the overall best school in the recently concluded 16th Annual inter school Quiz and Essay competitions under the umbrella of Muslim students society of Nigeria Gashua area council GAC.
We are able to emerge as the winners in the following competitions
The program took place at Yusra primary Hall on 19-21 of July 2024.
We emerge
✅First position in Debate competition(after defeating 11 schools on first round , second and final round) we defeated bade heritage secondary school in the final round. ( Muhd Rabiu Muhd and Fatima Gambo Musa)
✅First position in spelling bee contest (Abubakar Bashir Ismail ss1)
✅Second position in Quiz competition (Muhd Umar Saleh, Aisha Ali lushe and Zainab Sanata)
✅Second position in English Reading passage (Fatima idriss Ibrahim jss3 student)
✅Second position in English Essay writing (Abubakar Mohd ss1)
✅Second position in Arabic essay writing ss1 students) Hassan Ahmad Mahmud
✅Third position in Impromptu speech Arabic( kasim s. Pawa)
✅School with most awards in the competition
✅school that will represent Gashua Area council in Damaturu at Area unit competition
✅Best school in the competition out of 11 good schools we have which include bade heritage, demonstration, Darul fkir, Madina etc
