Our Posh Chef Club children learnt how to make chapman. From carefully pouring and measuring to mixing their own signature Chapman, they turned a simple drink into a full learning experience.

Our Key Stage 1 pupils explored hands-on robotics by programming KIBO, a screen-free robot that uses wooden programming blocks. From choosing and scanning the correct blocks to recording their own nursery rhyme with KIBO’s Sound Recorder, every child actively participated.

This play-based learning session sparked curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, literacy skills, and teamwork. The children's eagerness to answer questions and engage in hands-on activities plus the smiles, claps, and joyful dancing at the end said it all: CHILDREN LEARN BEST WHEN LEARNING IS FUN!

Our amazing Posh Chefs tried their hands at making sunny side up eggs.

A sunny side up egg is a fried egg with a white bottom and a bright yellow “sun” on top that is still soft and doesn’t need flipping.

At our Animal Lovers Club, our pupils didn’t just watch fish swim, they learnt how to set up an aquarium and fed their own pets! This isn’t playtime wasted; it is learning in action.

Caring for pets helps children build responsibility, empathy, and patience, while boosting confidence, focus, and curiosity about nature.

It also teaches life skills like gentle handling, routine, and teamwork. Useful skills that last far beyond the classroom.

To reinforce their understanding of minibeasts, our KG 2 pupils stepped out for a fun-filled nature walk.

Armed with magnifying glasses and lots of curiosity, they searched, spotted, and discovered tiny creatures in their natural habitat. The excitement on their faces said it all: LEARNING IS TRULY BETTER WHEN IT IS HANDS-ON AND JOYFUL!
