We created the Strategic Life Plan & Mentoring Programme (SLP&MP) because we saw a need to help people predict the outcome of their lives.

We understood that if we can know who we are and what we are capable of doing then, given the right environment and acting in a certain way, we can achieve anything In record time.

And the challenge that most people had or still have is knowing who they are and what they are capable of as well as mastering the dynamics of how life works.

So, to solve this problem, we developed the SLP&MP to help people come to realise their true potential and to develop a road map that would allow them to see themselves the way they truly are and how that impacts who they eventually become.

DREAM AND DO THE WORK

We all dream because in our world of imagination we have mental pictures of what life ought to be. But the reality of our imaginations depends on whether we are just dreamers or doers. So, no matter how fanciful your dreams are, you ought to brace yourself to also do the work that will manifest them.

The travesty is that some of us can be so entitled to seeing our imaginations come true that we judge the actions of others without them being aware of what is happening in our minds. This entitlement is what drives most mass actions. However, the principle of life is simple, you can have whatever you imagined but only to the degree that you can do what it takes to manifest it.

And doing the work is a product of growth and development in the direction of actualizing that dream. If you do not grow and develop yourself to be a master of your craft, you will never experience the creations of your imaginations. This is a call to correspond your dreaming potential with the equivalent action to manifest it.

You do not have to live your entire life believing that others should manifest the beauty of your imagination without you directly getting involved. Society, organizations, institutions, etc. are built by men and women who are willing back up their imagination with an equivalent amount of action needed to manifest it. And the beauty of life is tied to how often we manifest our desires.

Do not just be a dreamer! Add work to your dream so you can begin to enjoy the beauty of your imagination. Unmanifested dreams are mere wishes as no one will do it for you except you fold your sleeves and get to work. So, those who bring about change are individuals who allowed themselves to grow and develop the mastery required to get things done.

Who are you growing and developing into as the days go by? A “blame game specialist” who is unwilling to contribute is solving impending problems? An individual who understands the fact he sees a problem, knows what to do to make the problems go away? You see, nations are built by men and women who see within themselves the solution to make problems go away by every means necessary.
