SCHOOL RESUMES THIS MONDAY, 27TH APRIL, 2026. OUR HAPPY ARMS ARE WAITING TO WELCOME AND EMBRACE OUR LOVELY STUDENTS BACK TO SCHOOL. BIGGER THANKS TO ALL OUR GREAT PARENTS.

I saw a video of some students standing outside their school gate because they came late and the gate had already been locked. Since then, social media has been full of people attacking the school.

But let’s ask ourselves a simple question: When did discipline become a crime?

Schools set rules for a reason. If resumption time is 8:00am and the gate closes after that, it is not wickedness — it is structure. The truth is that many parents today want schools to teach their children discipline while they themselves refuse to practice it at home.

A child that learns early that time matters and rules matter is being prepared for the real world. In real life, if you come late to work consistently, nobody will clap for you — there are consequences.

Instead of dragging the school online, parents should ask themselves: Why was my child late in the first place?

And if a school's rules feel too strict, the solution is simple — withdraw your child and enroll them in a school that matches your style of parenting.

But you cannot choose a school and then expect the school to bend its rules because of your lack of discipline.

Sometimes what looks “harsh” is actually the discipline many children need today.

Let’s talk…
Do you think the school was wrong for locking the gate, or were they simply enforcing their rules?

A JUNIOR VIKINGS CONFRATERNITY (JVC) MEMBER KILLED THE SAME DAY I PREACHED TO HIM TO REPENT:

In 2009 when I was leaving at Onyeotito Close, Off Umunwankwo By Onwuka Nails, Abayi Osisioma, Aba, Abia State after my NYSC.
One day, as I was returning from business, I met a group of about 6 boys. They should be between 14-16 years of age. They gathered by Umunwankwo Town Hall. And were speaking Vikings slangs. Their slangs caught my attention.

And I went straight to them and shouted Aromates! And they replied Aro. Anytime Vikings members wanted to greet fellow members, they shout Aromates!
Then I anchored them one after the other. Anchor is a pattern of handshake by Vikings.
After that, I identified myself to them as Aro Most Wanted. Kings Marine.
And immediately, they began to hail me, Senior Man. So, I asked them to identify themselves, which they did one after the other.

After I made them to be comfortable with me, I started preaching to them. I told them I was no longer a Baggar but a repented child of God. I told them the implications and fate of a Cultist. I gave them examples of some Baggars within the neighborhood who were murdered.
I did my best to discourage them from continuing in cult. But they refused.
So, one of them took me personal. He said, Senior Man, in your own time, you enjoyed Baggarhood and came out, but now you wanted stop us from enjoying. He went further to say that he will sail the ship no matter how rough the sea may be.... that's he will play the game and enjoy no matter how dangerous it might be.
Then, I reminded him that ship used to sink. He said, even if the ship sink, that he would follow it into the bottom of the sea, instead of him to leave Baggarhood.
Then, I knew that he was hardened and he was the Head of that Cartel. I had take my leave.
All these happened around past 6pm.

Then, at about few minutes before 8pm that same day, from my apartment, I heard a gunshot at Umunwankwo Street Market. And smoke of fire followed. I didn't go out go know what happened.
But when it was morning, people gathered at the market. And I went there and asked what happened. A lady who happened to be a student of Abiapoly told me that, it was one of those boys that I was talking with. She described him for me. And it was the very boy that told me that even if the ship dey sink, say e go follow am enter for bottom sea. She said that he was killed and bunt that night by Abia State Vigilante Group (Bakkassi Boys).

What happened? She said that the boy and his group robbed one woman. They collected her phone and handbag. So, the lady recognized his face. She went and called her husband who happened to be a member of the Bakkassi Boys who invited his men. They hanged around and were tracking the boys. Until this one showed up and the woman identified him. That was how they picked him up. Shot him and set his dead body ablaze.

He was a boy I introduced Jesus to that very evening just an hour plus before his gruesome death. But he rejected him and bragged in evil.
He is gone and Baggarhood continued. His dreams, desires, aspirations, expectations etc perished that night.
What are you waiting for? Why not run to Jesus today? Who knows when your last chance might be?

Shun Cultism and come to Jesus now.
Some of us were worst than you. But we saw the opportunity to come to Jesus and grabbed it.
