When you as parents take time to reconnect with yourself, you show up more present, patient, and emotionally available for your children.

Self-connection is not selfish beloved parents; it is a vital part of healthy parenting.

This holiday season, consider choosing:

💝How can we help each other? As mom and child and as family 💝

💡This will help build communication, reduce stress, and helps your child feel supported and prepared for the days ahead.

Dr Maria Montessori said *_the best gift we can give our children is the wings of independence through responsibilities_* .

This weekend I invite and encourage you to empower your children with confidence, a sense of responsibility and independence by giving them small tasks around the house and shop to do🥰👩‍🏫

Here are a few things that you can do

👩‍🏫Setting the table or plates for meal time

👩‍🏫Folding up their clothes

👩‍🏫Doing the laundry

👩‍🏫Helping you prepare meals

👩‍🏫Washing plates

👩‍🏫Sweeping

👩‍🏫Mopping
