May God bless all fathers that are striving to love God and fend for their families.
May He help them through their secret fears and fights.
May He honour their selflessness and silent sacrifices.
May He strengthen their heart against ingratitude.
May the Ultimate Father help us, the aspiring fathers, to love Him, love our families, and be as fatherly as we can, to our children and to those who see us as their fathers.

The Lord Jesus asks us to pray to the Father not to lead us into temptation and to deliver us from evil.
It would be wise then for us to pray these two prayers everyday - not just as a mindless chant of the Lord's prayer but with a conscious mind expecting the Lord through His Spirit to lead us safely through each day.
Believe me, some temptations and problems are not worth it. Pray them away!
