Innoson Kiara Academy is a Technical and Vocational institution established by an international consulting firm in partnership with Innoson Group of Companies. Our aim is to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industry in Nigeria. Our Education for Employment (E4E) programme provides courses that are tailored around the production processes and procedures of various factories w

ithin the Innoson Group using a modern apprenticeship delivery format linked to production units. This format offers a proven method for the conversion and channelling of the latent energy and potential inherent in our youths into a vibrant workforce that is financially active and useful to the nation in general and individual communities in particular. The expected outcomes for our graduates are either self-employment or employment in public and/or private sectors of the economy.

UNSUNG HEROES ARE STILL LEADING IN AGUATA, ANAMBRA STATE, NIGERIA🇳🇬

The former Executive Chairman of Aguata Local Government Area, Dr. Chibueze Ofobuike, paid an unannounced visit to the training academy where he fully sponsored seventeen (17) indigent youths from Aguata LGA.

No media fanfare, and No prior notice. Just a leader who wanted to see, with his own eyes, how the young men and women he invested in are faring.

And what did he meet?
Progress, Discipline, Commitment, and Excellence.

Dr. Ofobuike was highly impressed and visibly amazed by the skill level, dedication, and attitude to work displayed by the trainees. From what we gathered, he didn’t just sponsor them, he checked their attendance, spoke with their instructors, and encouraged the youths to stay focused because “Aguata’s future is in your hands.”

This is what intentional leadership looks like: Investing in human capital, not just projects. Giving youths tools, not just talks.

To the 17 beneficiaries: Make Aguata proud, Make Dr. Ofobuike proud, and Make yourselves proud.

A Landmark Engagement for Innovation and National Development

On behalf of Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma (CON), the CEO of Innoson Kiara Academy (IKA) paid a strategic visit to National Space Research and Development Agency alongside key Technical Directors of the Agency, as discussions continue on groundbreaking collaborations between NASRDA and Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company.

The visit highlighted a shared vision of leveraging Nigerian technology, research, and innovation to drive industrial growth and smart mobility solutions across the country. From satellite navigation and GPS tracking systems to geospatial intelligence and advanced vehicle technologies, the collaboration seeks to bridge space technology with indigenous automobile manufacturing in ways that directly impact everyday life.

With the visionary leadership of NASRDA’s Director General, Dr. Matthew Olumide Adepoju, and the innovative drive of IVM, this partnership represents a bold step toward local capacity development, commercialization of Nigerian space assets, youth empowerment, job creation, and reducing dependence on foreign technologies.

This is a strategic movement toward building globally competitive, technology-driven solutions proudly made by Nigerians, for Nigerians.
