A child's erly self concept begins to develop at birth. One of the first things a child needs it's a warm& loving environment provided by parents, caregivers etc. This positive emotional bond with parents and caregivers promotes a child's healthy self concept.

As a child grows,her ability to interact successfully with her environment, nurtures a healthy self concept. This is critically important in early childhood.
