There is a school in Emene that I have consistently visited to conduct seminars for.

The first time I was invited there was three years ago, and since then, I have remained the person they call whenever they need a seminar facilitator.

The first time she wanted to invite me, though she got to know me through a recommendation made by another school owner. She owns a gigantic, well-built school in Emene-one of the best, actually.

She asked how much I charged for seminars, and I sent her my pricing structure.

She saw the one-day seminar package for ₦50,000 and chose it. She asked a few more questions for clarification, and I answered them. She was satisfied.

Later, she reached out to buy some of my books. After her purchase, I decided to give her a discount. Instead of charging ₦50,000 per day, I charged her ₦45,000.

She was happy I did.

She then booked me for a three-day seminar.

Today, she can ask me any question, and I never hesitate to answer because we have built a strong relationship.

She got to experience the richness of my content, and she decided to keep working with me.

One thing I admire about her is that she recognizes value and appreciates it.
