🫖 PROCEDURE:

Add your cloves into a bucket, pour in the cut garlic, squeeze in your lime juice, and add hot/boiled water.
Allow the steam to rise.
Then sit gently over the steam (sitz bath style) while covering your body with a wrapper to trap the heat.

🔹 Teach your sons to respect women the same way we teach girls to respect men.
Respect is not gender-based.

🔹 Teach your sons to cook, clean, and do house chores.
Stop raising men who think a woman’s value is in how well she sweeps their house or washes their plates.
Some of you have missed amazing wives because you were busy testing “wife material” with chores. 😏

Marriage is not a laundry service.
