NOTICE ON KOFA ONLINE RESULT

This is to inform the students of Ambrose Alli University that the page for checking result on kofa is going to be locked for a while due to uploading of Final year students result on kofa.

I urge Students of Ambrose Alli University to stay calm as this will only last a while.

School Hostel Portal has been activated for Online
Application
Interested Students are advised to go online and apply for
Hostel of their choice, if the desired Hostel is not available,
go to the next one
Allocation of bed space started today, Monday, 31st
October 2018
We can imagine the rush
Please, we know how the tension is like during this period,
but let's take things easy..
Some students were not opportune to select desire hostel due to that fact that we ICT automatically book hostel for most
of them that wanted to apply for hostel today.
If you have any issue with hostel application, kindly visit Dean of students office to complain
Hall dues is 2000 naira
Hostel Development due is 1000 naira
Making it 3000 naira
Prices of hostel will be available online and payment will
be made online
All occupants of hostel are expected to bring along disinfectant and the type of disinfectant to bring will be determined by the Hall Supervisor
*HOW TO APPLY*
1. After the payment of school fees, click on the
accommodation tab to apply for hostel.
2. Select the desired hostel from the list.
3. If the desired hostel is not available, select the next available hostel of your choice and complete any other info
you are asked to fill.
4. Click on submit to complete the application process.
5. Create Payment ticket and then pay online
6. Take the printed copies of both the school fees and hostel accommodation fee to Bursary to issue receipt
7. Then proceed to Dean of Students office with your school fees print out and Hostel fee receipt as issued at Bursary and your registration of studentship slip for approval and
Allocation of bed space
*Both old and new students that wish to stay in school hostel are expected to apply for hostel online.
If you are a new student and you have paid your school fees, you are to apply for hostel online.

*If your CLEARANCE STATUS is displaying CLEARANCE
STARTED it means your clearance has been rejected by the
officers*
*CLEARANCE STARTED : Read the officers comment & correct
the errors in the officers comment by clicking edit. After
correction, click on save and wait for some weeks before
we will clear you.*
*1: CLEARANCE REQUESTED : means We are still working on it
We are clearing students gradually.
Very soon, you will be cleared.*
*2: CLEARED: means You have been cleared successfully and can
now pay school fees. And do your hostel clearance if you
want.*
*3: Note : Those that was admitted on Wednesday last week
should be calm as their new kofa login details will be sent to
them soon. You can only know the course given to you login your new kofa login details.*

Admissions
Conditions for admission of students to tertiary institutions

The minimum age for entry into tertiary institutions is 16 years unless the candidate was certified as gifted.
A student entering a tertiary institution must produce a letter of recommendation / testimonial from the principal of his or her last Secondary School
Candidate must possess five (5) credits in O/Level or its equivalent as required by the Department of interest.
As a condition for admission, or re-admission, every student must produce a letter of reference from a person of reputable standing in the society who can vouch for the good behaviour of the student.
