🧠 Mindset Monday | Reposition Your Thinking

Yesterday's conversation on TRCN registration was interesting... 😄
Some teachers were literally saying, "Wait o... Is this thing real? Why am I just hearing about this?"
Don't worry—you weren't alone.

The truth is, you can't take advantage of opportunities you don't know exist.

Sometimes, the problem isn't a lack of passion; it's simply a lack of information.

A repositioned educator doesn't say, "I've been teaching for years; I know enough." Instead, they ask, 👉"What else can I learn?
👉How can I become better?"
Every new certification, every new skill, and every new piece of knowledge adds value to your journey as an educator.
So, if yesterday's discussion made you say, "I didn't know this!" don't feel bad. Feel grateful—you know it now.

Growth begins the moment awareness meets action.
And who knows?
The next life-changing insight might be waiting for you at the Edo Teachers Conference & Award Ceremony

The classroom gives you more than a salary. It gives you knowledge, credibility, experience, relationships, and a deep understanding of how people learn. Those are valuable assets.

The educator who sees only a monthly paycheck remains dependent on it.

The educator who sees opportunities begins to ask different questions:

* What problems can I solve?
* What knowledge can I package?
* What skills can I develop?
* What value can I create beyond my daily responsibilities?

Teaching is not a limitation. It is a launchpad.

Your profession can finance your growth, open doors to new opportunities, and become the foundation for building assets, creating additional income streams, and leaving a lasting legacy.
