*Educators Certified in Effective Classroom Teaching Techniques at Professional Development Workshop*

Teachers at Mersam model academy were formally recognized today for successfully completing a one-day professional development workshop on _Effective Classroom Teaching Technique_, held on June 2, 2026.

The workshop equipped participants with modern instructional strategies designed to improve learning outcomes, student engagement, and classroom management. Training modules covered lesson delivery, student motivation, and creating supportive learning environments. The session’s theme, displayed during the event, emphasized that _“An effective teacher does not only teach — they inspire, guide, and create an environment for every learner.”_
