Yesterday I shared my experience standing as a guarantor for someone on a substantial loan, and the responses have been mind bugling. So many people had stories, regrets and lessons of their own. Apparently this is a thing…

My situation is still unfolding, but I have learned some valuable and expensive lessons. I’m sharing them so others can learn for free.

: Ezike Theresa Osinachi is calling out Doyinsola Eniola Akinbowale | Aṣọ-Òkè Fashion House for not paying her N10,000,000 contribution.

I learnt the case has been reported at the Police station and she has still not paid. The reason is, the police is not a body that helps to recover money.

Sadly, contribution is not legally binding but in a court of law, she will pay back.

All you need is proof that you transferred money to her and it was not a gift, it was for business.

Contribution is one of the easiest way to scale your business if done with trustworthy people.

Just sad to watch a grown woman cry like this.
