From emotional and mental wellbeing to preventive wellness, financial health, physical health, healthy relationships, and a positive workplace culture, the 2026/2027 Academic Session Colloquium has continued to explore what it means to put people at the heart of institutional excellence.

This year's theme, "Healthy People, Healthy University," came alive through honest, practical dialogue on what it takes to support the people who make that excellence possible.

Enjoy our mini vlog.

As Adeleke University prepares for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, the focus turns to an important conversation on the people who make institutional excellence possible.

The 2026/2027 Academic Session Colloquium is themed:
“Healthy People, Healthy University: A Holistic Approach to Staff Wellbeing and Institutional Excellence.”

The conversation recognises that the growth and success of an institution are deeply connected to the wellbeing of its people.

Beyond academic excellence and institutional development, creating an environment where staff can thrive remains essential to building a stronger university community.

The Colloquium will explore conversations around staff wellbeing, healthy work environments, productivity, and the connection between the wellbeing of staff and institutional excellence.
