Grateful Moments That Make Leadership Worthwhile 🙏

Yesterday, I was deeply touched when Awosope Oluwagbemiga, a former NYSC corps member who served with Penuel STEM Consult, returned to appreciate me with a thoughtful gift and heartfelt words of gratitude.

During his one-year compulsory national service, Oluwagbemiga served diligently, responsibly, and with great commitment. He carried out every task assigned to him with excellence, humility, and a strong willingness to learn. His dedication, discipline, and growth throughout his service year were truly commendable.

What moved me most was his decision to come back after completing his service, just to say thank you and to share how much he learned during his time with us. Moments like this remind me why mentoring, teaching, and building young minds remain my passion.

Thank you, Oluwagbemiga, for your kind gesture and for making us proud. I wish you greater heights, continuous growth, and outstanding success in your career journey ahead.

The sky has truly been my friend this year ✈️

As I continue to travel and learn across different places, each journey has come with new purpose and impact. One of my recent milestone experiences was the opportunity to engage and train some of the brightest teachers, because truly, teachers are among the greatest humans on earth.

I was privileged to facilitate STEM and Coding training for teachers in Kaduna State, alongside my amazing colleagues Wuraola Kayode and Precious O. Akinlolu. The sessions were energetic, practical, and inspiring STEM and coding were not just taught, they were *experienced*. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and openness of the teachers made the entire training both impactful and fun.

Beyond the classroom, I also had the chance to explore Kaduna State, connect with people, and enjoy the richness of the environment an experience I truly cherished.

Huge appreciation to WAAW Foundation for the continued trust and opportunity to contribute to teacher capacity building and STEM education across Nigeria.

Grateful for the journey, excited for what lies ahead.

Still reflecting with gratitude on the journey so far in 2025.

I had the opportunity to travel again to Gonzaga Jesuit College, Anambra State, alongside a colleague and brother( Toluwani isreal ), to deliver extensive hands-on training in Robotics and Web Development over several weeks.

The students were truly exceptional their curiosity, discipline, and eagerness to learn stood out from day one. They embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and translated knowledge into impressive, real-world projects that showcased creativity, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills.

Moments like this reaffirm why investing in young minds through STEM education is so critical. Seeing students grow in confidence and competence within such a short period was deeply fulfilling.

My sincere appreciation to WAAW Foundation for the continued trust, partnership, and support in making this impactful learning experience possible.

Onward in the mission to build Africa’s next generation of innovators 🚀

I began 2025 with gratitude and purpose, giving God all the glory for counting me worthy of an incredible journey so far.

In February, I had the honour of serving as a **Judge for Codeavour 6.0**, an international innovation competition empowering the next generation of tech leaders. It was a great privilege to evaluate brilliant young minds and help decide who would advance to **Qatar 🇶🇦** for the next stage of the global competition.

My sincere appreciation to for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring initiative. Witnessing the creativity, problem-solving skills, and passion of these young innovators reaffirmed my commitment to STEM education and youth development.

The journey continues 🚀
