🚀 AUST SET FOR ACADEMIC EXPANSION!

The African University of Science and Technology (AUST) has hosted the National Universities Commission (NUC) for a resource-verification exercise ahead of the proposed introduction of 11 new undergraduate programmes.

The proposed programmes include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Management, Architecture, Economics, and Banking & Finance, among others.

The exercise assessed AUST’s facilities and academic staffing readiness as the University continues to strengthen its undergraduate and research offerings.

The final assessment and official NUC approval are pending.

Strengthening ethics, leadership and national development 🤝

AUST hosted the Institute for Ethics and Professional Studies (IFEPS) to explore strategic collaboration in ethics education, professional training, research and policy development.
